This is "The Wedding Lodge", and/or "The Lodge" .. I heard it referred to as either name. It's located on the northern edge of Commerce, TX.... 30 minutes from McKinney and only about an hour from Dallas, and an hour from Sherman/Denison area.
Upstairs is the "Bridal Suite". It's warm colors and traditional decorations make you feel right at home.
The large bathroom has this awesome claw-foot bathtub
that makes for some fun pictures!
This is the downstairs dressing area for the guys... with "guy stuff"!
This is one of the guest restrooms downstairs.
This is the area in the back of the lodge where the outdoor wedding was held. The view and over-all feeling was serene.
"The Lodge" also provides their own catering. Very nicely presented and from the comments I heard from the guests... great food!
The staff was terrific... they were everywhere.. yet not to be seen.
And of course, if desired, the bar.

This is Keith. He was the DJ for the evening. He had a great set-up with all the popular dance music and lighting to go with it. I think he works independently of "The Lodge", but I think he does a lot of "gigs" there.
Great dance floor area, too! Just ask these two dancing queens!!
